"I would reccomend any job in this economy to other job seekers, however if there is another option I would take it."
What don't you like about working at AstraZeneca?
"My gerographic territory is very far from Las Vegas, I would prefer to be closer to southern Nevada."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are too many managers which makes them micromanage, also most of the statistical data is obsure and nobody seems to know where it comes from."
What do you like about working at Bristol-Myers Squibb?
"I like the type of work and the fact that I worked on my own without alot of supervision and reported to a district manager on a weekly basis. I was able to make as much money as I wanted because there wasn't a cap on the commission."
What don't you like about working at Bristol-Myers Squibb?
"I didn't like to have to stay out of town over night. That has since changed and am able to be home every night and do not have to stay out of town because territory is smaller."

"I like the relationships with physicians and colleagues that I have developed, and even more importantly, I like the clinical knowledge and selling skills I have acquired."
What don't you like about working at Johnson & Johnson?
"I don't like the lack of job stability, the lack of opportunity for career development, and the lack of a promising pipeline."
What don't you like about working at Shionogi?
"Changes made constantly, no stablility, could not perform up to standards because of constant changes"

"Not to micro-mange. Be there for your team when they need you. Good direction/positive reinforcement"

"I loved the freedom of working outdoors, having job creativity and self management."

"I was constantly learning about the business. I had my independence, but my manager was available when I needed assistance."

"Sales numbers were very inaccurate and selling in a pod allowed some team members to slack off."

"No pods."

"Very good sales training, direct access to personal progression, and solid commission structure."

"Because Innovex positions are contract based, if a contract ends it may be long before you are gainfully employed again."
