"They use the latest trends in the Software Industry to develop their products and solutions. They provide comfortable work areas and good Health Benefits."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You must show disposition to work extended periods. You should be prepared with the basics of ASP.NET because as part of the admission process they give you a test on ASP.net fundamentals."
What don't you like about working at PDI?
"Long working periods. Lack of leadership in supervision of tasks, and contact you when it is too late to correct the problems. Too much bureaucracy in the administrative processes, and the developers always are blamed for the situations that have occurred that really concerns to supervisors or other areas."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve communication between the different components of the team. (Supervisors, QA, Administration)"
