"That management had a double standard, which made the hard workers have to work even harder."

"Make things even all along the board for all employees when it comes to production."

"Work long hours and many years, holidays and can't call in sick cause there is no one else to fill in and they still treat you like trash."

"Sad. You have to be a college grad and most of the management don't know what they are doing cause they haven't actually ran a route themselves."

"Nothing, they work you to death, and no family life."

"They are one of the worst companies I have worked for. I have never in all my years worked for a company so selfish."

"Pay better, work less. Better benefits. Treat my employees like they are human."

"You can expect salary cuts, no pay raises, and not being able to apply for internal positions. I got the feeling management holds people back and this is not a career organization."

"Stop holding people back in their careers and allow them to apply for internal positions. Save your money cause you will get salary restructures next."

"The people from Hawaii were very kind and helpful. The location was a joy to be in."

"Pepsi likes to hear Yes. Any hesitation, even based on realistic concerns will count against you."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Plant managers were changing too fast and in the reorganization, the business unit managers lost sight of how trying to drive the Hawaii plant like a mainland plant caused problems in the past."

"Gain the courage to tell the upper level managers when there are cautionary tales that may hinder keeping promises made that were made without good information."

"I like working at Pepsi because practically easy money."

"Relax - It is only soda."

"The thing that's not so good about working at Pepsi Cola is the pay."

"Centrally located - beautiful grounds outside. For the most part the associates that have been with the company for years are great."

"Ask many questions - on your position and growth within the company - force them to answer and don't be afraid to challenge!"

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Definite disparity in workloads! Hard working loyal associates get rewarded with more work - but not more compensation. Every year there is some type of downsizing so you walk around wondering if this year it will be your turn! Morale is so visibly poor these days because of the heavy workloads and arrogant mentality of senior management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-occurring word depicting work environment in corporate - TOXIC! Do something to turn that around - you can't keep using the BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE A JOB mantra - one of two things will eventually happen - 1. the economy will get better - and people will go onto other companies, 2. talent will eventually just leave - there is only so many times people will allow themselves to be abused!"

"I enjoy the freedom of working alone and doing what I think is best for my accounts."

"If you are looking for a transitional job fine, otherwise go into management."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Work freedom is starting to become more micromanaged than before. More little rules and policies are coming out and bosses are required to work more with the sales force in the field."

"Stop looking at the short term results and allow sales force to do what's best for the accounts."

"Everything was great - the people, location and the work. Management was just awesome!"
