"Watch your back. Frito-Lay senior management, and PepsiCo, are looking to promote those best at clawing their way up the corporate ladder, especially at the expense of others. If that's your style, you'll do well. Just don't look at the painting, Dorian..."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Senior management didn't give a damn about anything but the bottom dollar, especially at the Vancouver, WA site. There were way too many managers, mostly because they stuck together and gave their friends jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cut back on the number of managers, most of them were a waste of money, and put more faith in employees that have been doing the real work for decades."
