"The education that they provide is unprecedented. The contacts that were created were unmatched and have been used many times over and a large number of them are very close associates to this day."

"The revolving door at the top. They never had anyone in position long enough to fully understand the make-up and direction of the market unit and how to get personal growth from many of the talented individuals that they employed."

"Quit trying to get to your next position within the organization before completely understanding your current role and how you can make each one of your direct reports more successful. Your success should be measured by the success of every person on your team. Team is what makes large companies successful."
