"Working at Pepsi provided a good work environment and put me in a position to be successful. They really treat their employees with the utmost respect and are direct in what goals and responsibilities they expect to meet."

"If you want to get this job you have to play the game. Nowadays it's not about honesty, it's all about what sounds good. So tell them what you think they might wanna hear and you will land the gig. But be professional and well outspoken."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"I didn't like the fact that my stint was cut short because the inconsistent flow of the machinery inside the plant. That caused my shift to be canceled and led to me ultimately not having a job. I really was a standout worker and deserved another opportunity. Which in due time I will get. I really enjoyed my stint and would like another one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Well at this time I do not have any suggestions for management. I think they are headed in the right direction. However I do feel that if they want to keep the company and its employees' productivity level high, then target the right personnel. You want people who's gonna have immediate impact and put a stamp on the company."

"Well I got sick and lost my job, after I provided all of my documentation, there was no fight for me. My union team never checked on me."

"When people are sick and give their all, even coming to work being real sick, don't treat them just like a number, find out if you can help them, not just fire them."
