"Take better care of routes without changing the amount a salesman can make. Make it more advancement friendly."
"I learned through various experiences and people, however there was no autonomy give, even at the Director level. Every business decision had to be approved by management."

"White men are second class citizens. Company has far too many duplicate useless meetings."

"Treat everyone equally. Blacks have far more opportunity than whites there."

"I really like the environment and the flexibility I am given here. My supervisor is very understanding and does a great job in working with his team. Everyone here does a great job of working together, which I really appreciate."

"Being a temp limits the number of hours I can work, and there isn't really an opportunity for advancement at the moment. But if I was a full-time employee I would have no complaints whatsoever."

"Nothing that I can think of. Everyone seems to know their role and perform their duties admirably."

"Although I was a contract hire, working on different, specific projects for defined periods, generally I liked working at PepsiAmericas. They put my skill set to good use, and I learned volumes about change management and SOX compliance."

"GO TEAM - while individual initiative is encouraged, especially in the area of cost containment, the approach to Mgmt must reflect team consensus, with fully vetted ROI justification. Know your numbers."

"Can be a bit too political - to affect needed changes requires consummate political skill. Lots of toes one needs to avoid stepping on. That said, this is normal at most corporations."
