"I liked the workload at Pepsi Bottling Group. At first I felt it was overwhelming, but I really enjoy multi-tasking and constantly staying busy so I started appreciating the high volume of work. At PBG, I also acquired a lot of skills in a short amount of time. I am looking forward to expanding my experience in the administrative/clerical/accounting/finance field."

"I would suggest more open communication within departments. Aside from that, my company has great management."

"The lack of concern for employees would be the thing I dislike about PBG. The company seems to be profit and goal driven and careless about employee growth or satisfaction."

"I would suggest to the management of PBG to develop more employee focused policies and procedures. Experience has shown me that happy employees are moivated and result in increased sales and happy clients."

"There were times when I did not have a pull-up person for my grocery stores. This made it so I had to work 7 days a week without a day off for a few months at a time. It seemed to me that management was not concerned about my days off as long as the product was pulled."

"I would suggest that management try to remember what it was like when they were in the trenches. Sometimes, they forget about the lower workers, as long as the numbers are reached."
