What do you like about working at PepsiCo?

"I liked the workload at Pepsi Bottling Group. At first I felt it was overwhelming, but I really enjoy multi-tasking and constantly staying busy so I started appreciating the high volume of work. At PBG, I also acquired a lot of skills in a short amount of time. I am looking forward to expanding my experience in the administrative/clerical/accounting/finance field."

"I would suggest being friendly, comfortable and well-prepared."

"My last job was a really positive experience."

"I would suggest more open communication within departments. Aside from that, my company has great management."

"The accounts I manage make me enjoy working for PBG. I have built great relationships with my clients, and interacting with them helps me get through the long 12 hour plus days."

"My tips to other candidates interviewing with this company would be to look at the big picture, talk to current employees if known and ask as many questions about the work requirements as reasonably necessary to feel comfortable about accepting any position offered."

"The lack of concern for employees would be the thing I dislike about PBG. The company seems to be profit and goal driven and careless about employee growth or satisfaction."

"I would suggest to the management of PBG to develop more employee focused policies and procedures. Experience has shown me that happy employees are moivated and result in increased sales and happy clients."

"Not so many growth opportunities."

"Take advantage of experienced people in the good way."

"PepsiCo is truly a great company to work for. Though very large, fairly easy to navigate. Be prepared for relocation with your career. That's just the way it is."

"I liked my customers. I also liked the freedom that this job gave me. I was able to work on my own and dealt directly with my customers without interference from Frito Lay management. This job is for the self starter."

"Be professional."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"There were times when I did not have a pull-up person for my grocery stores. This made it so I had to work 7 days a week without a day off for a few months at a time. It seemed to me that management was not concerned about my days off as long as the product was pulled."

"I would suggest that management try to remember what it was like when they were in the trenches. Sometimes, they forget about the lower workers, as long as the numbers are reached."

"A small business in a large corporation... the Partnership was run as a separate division."

"They have downsizing every 3 to 4 years so there is no long term run even if one is in the top group of sales people."
