"Overall good work/life balance. Raises and promotions are not very generous for entry level employees."

"I have worked with this company since last summer and have had no negative experiences. It is a great company to work for where everyone genuinely wants the best for others. I love the fact that it felt like I was joining a family when I began working."

"I’ve worked for PepsiCo for about 6 months during the pandemic. Overall, the company is good company with benefits and a respectable brand. However, the Denver, Colorado Branch is very unorganized and lacks communication. I’ve expressed interest in doing more because I believe I am over qualified for my current role. The management has proved to me that they really don’t care about my future or goals."

"I started working in April of 2020 and I initially enjoyed the work and the office culture. Once I came into the role I found that the communication was severely lacking and accountability was shoddy. I want to leave only because I know management in that environment is one I feel unequipped to navigate. I enjoyed the culture of my internship of how can I help and constant collaboration. I now struggle with answering problems I was never informed about or that there is a plan for. I honestly would stay to help fight the culture but the work-life balance makes it extremely difficult."

"good pay, hard work as a relief sales rep. More time is taken up Merchandising than making sales, as the positions are combined into one role with Pepsi, compared with other competitors who separate them out."
