"My favorite part is being allowed to continue working as a line engineer whenever possible. Comsearch has always had my back when making decisions. The management is collegial and supportive. The most difficult part of management for me has been finding and hiring good people. I think it would be much easier if people in general were more honest but that is the nature of our business. We sometimes learn as we go."

"Do not speak negative of previous employers and get any and every promise in writing."

"Deceit and untruths from senior management. Bonuses are based on all offices doing well so good managers get dinged for the performance of a few bad ones."

"Be honest and honor your promises to the workforce. Don't lie and treat your workforce with respect."

"Co-workers are great to work with. Location is very good."

"Location is good, but salaries/benefits are poor. Turnover is also very high."
What don't you like about working at Universal Surveillance Systems?
"CEO is a dictator who micromanages everything. He bought a McClaren sports car and a Rolls Royce through the company while no one got raises because of poor sales. They have very low salaries by industry standards and treat salaried people like hourly."

"Company needs to create a plan and follow it. Everything is total knee-jerk reactions."

"Guaranteed a check just not gonna be alot. You have a lunch break."

"Honestly find another job, everything's good at first. You may get overtime but they will cut the next weeks hours."
What don't you like about working at Value Pawn & Jewelry?
"Everything, lunch breaks too short, underpaid, no AC, over worked, animals/rodents in store, computer problems, money problems, mold in store, relationships among management and employees which leads to special treatment, corporate won't back up rules and regulations about returns and restock fees, you will receive overtime one week but they will cut next weeks hours to balance you at 40 hours. Some paid holidays but they will schedule to where you're paid for 40 hours."

"Corporate controls everything. Management can't even manage. Unrealistic goals set by company. No bonus, over worked underpaid."

"Nothing good to talk about this company... Lucky enough to get out of this hell."

"Please consult employees before joining, you should not regret afterwards..."

"Everything is directed by stupid rigid people who only seems to exploit people."

"Nothing as they don't give a damn about suggestions!!!! Better leave them on their own."

"We have a good variety of merchandise, and we get a good discount."

"Realize when you are interviewing for a management position that when they tell you the truck gets done in 48 hours, it cannot. You also do not get enough hours to cover the register and the floor."

"There are not enough hours to get all the work done."

"Get into the stores and see how long it takes to actually unload a truck and get it processed."
