The work environment is somewhat difficult because of the antiquated equipment due to years of deficient capital injection into the infrastructure but has been identified with the new management and are working to rectify. The work-life balance in Macy’s is pretty good and as a company is mindful of their employee's home life."

They offer flexible working hours and a summer hours program where all employees may take the second half of Friday's off during summer months.
