My fellow employees were helpful, and the environment allowed for personal innovation within a defined employment goal. "Macy's has been one of the greatest places to work for. I am passionate about giving back to the community and so is Macy's. I have been able to help and donate my time to Second Harvest Food Bank. I enjoyed going to work each day at Macy's because I knew I would be making a difference in a customer or colleague's life. I helped others grow in the company by focusing on helping them with their own self-development growth. Although COVID-19 has separated us, I am grateful for all Macy's has been able to offer in my career's success!"
