"They were not helpful towards employees. The HR department was rude to new applicants."

"The management spend too much time consulting amongst themselves about what to do even regarding the smallest decisions. No one seemed to be able to make any decisions."

"If you are interviewing with Macy's, be prepared to go through an extensive application process and be prepared to wait around for most of your day."

"I don't like that the managers will give you orders, but if we are short staffed, they will not help out the crew. They just stand there and hand out duties."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that managers also be team players. If they know their staff is short, then they should be willing to get their hands dirty to make sure it's done impeccable."

"There were so many different things to do there, and you can develop many skills there if you take the opportunities that are available to you there."

"Lack of managerial efforts to really getting a task done, they care only about telling the works what to do, only about being bossy, but don't lift a finger even when doing so might be the smart thing to do."

"Step up to the plate and get involved."

"The only reason that I left this company was due to my want to relocate to central PA."

"I would suggest that they continue with their training programs and to encourage young professionals to think outside of the box."
