"Past tense - I was a contractor QE. I felt there would have been a lot of opportunity for growth & advancement, but, unfortunately, the contract expected was not received to my knowledge. Hence, my contract was ended."

"Nothing comes to mind. Heck, I wanted to stay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some of my additional professional, experience wasn't realized until I was gone (so I was told). Parties called me. It would have been nice to have experienced a stronger attempt to find another position for me, i.e. talk to me face to face with that in mind, find out more about my experience, in addition to the 'resume' thing'. I had a 'face to face' with an upper management staff member, to no avail. Note - as a contractor, I HAD no benefits (#3), so that question is a moot point."

"Everything, but especially the free coffee, tea and cocoa. The Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners were very nice. At our location, management really cared about its employees."
