"All the managers at Chase are these Chase Kool Aid drinkers and love to put their employees into situations where compensation is so tough to come by that you have to back stab and undercut other employees to make any money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micromanaging!!! Chase believes that they can hire anyone, turn them into robots, and they will have ideal employees. They are taking advantage of a poor economy to overstress their employees and then hope that clones will stay on and employees with a backbone will be forced out."
