What do you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I like that they gave me a job when there were very few available with benefits, and I have a short commute."

"Drink a lot of caffeine before the interview; they love people who are type A energy people."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"All the managers at Chase are these Chase Kool Aid drinkers and love to put their employees into situations where compensation is so tough to come by that you have to back stab and undercut other employees to make any money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop micromanaging!!! Chase believes that they can hire anyone, turn them into robots, and they will have ideal employees. They are taking advantage of a poor economy to overstress their employees and then hope that clones will stay on and employees with a backbone will be forced out."

"What I like about Chase is that there are lots of ways to really advance yourself within your career and learn new objectives every day."

"Make sure you come with a positive attitude, and be able to build strong customer relationships."

"It can be very difficult to work your way up with the company due to politics within the branch."
