"The miles I had to drive to commute. There are so many people that are entrenched and stagnating in their careers."

"Clean house and shake things up! Far too many people have their jobs by attrition and not qualifications. Too many people are satisfied with doing a mediocre job and not excelling. Customer service is lacking and too many people are not there to provide customer service and let their own personal agendas get in the way of really taking care of their customers."
