"It's getting tougher to climb up the ladder lot of unncessary policies that tends to restrict the promotions. Salary is not good. Most of the times expected to work extra hours."

"It's not just the share/stake holders who makes a company. Employees deserve lot better compensation for their hard work.Inofsys is definitely one of the best places to work compared to other Indian IT companies."

"The timing of things (or my timing with them) was constantly out of sync with the situations at hand. I believe this had to do with an overwhelming 97% Indian workforce operating in the US market."

"Case and behavioral interviews are relatively standard, unless you already have established professional relationships within the company. Focus on consultative approach is improving client shareholder value."

"I do like working there I just can't find any projects that fit my preferences fully. Developments are mostly of support for other applications."
