"I've worked for Infosys Limited since beginning of my career in Sep 2005. I have found it a strong customer and process oriented company with great opportunities. Company is over 100,000 strong spread across the globe. Need to do more to retain skilled and qualified employees. There is a lot of lack in motivation across all levels."
"Good company to start with as you get to learn a lot (at least it worked for me). Had a great team which made work fun. I would recommend company spending more effort on getting people trained on niche techs and not just go for bread-butter application maintenance and support."
