"Don't Even think of growth if you are from North India and you dont know any higher ups"

"No Career Path, No Flexibility to Change Verticals or Your group, Escalation against process means Inviting Hell, Middle Level Managers are Spoiling all the hard work Done by Founders of Infosys. Only if you belong to South India, you will get regular Promotion. It is so clear why Infy has not promoted much in North India despite the fact that 30-40 % talent from North is employed in South."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Watch your Middle Level Managers, they are only caring for their margins and don't bother about employees careers. They place Informatica Skilled people to coordinator role, DBA to do App support, BO resource to do informatica and what not. They dont even given an opportunity to test a highly experienced person to play lead role just because they try to change work culture.."
