"Don't prefer this company now. No growth. Lots of politics within the team. Managers don't care about the sub-ordinates growth."

"No Growth even you perform more than expected. They expect to work all the time. Appraisal is the worst process. Finding fault in your work then motivating. Very poor compensation for the experienced people. They pay less then they charge the customers. Even you propose new ideas, Managers don't look into it. They expect you to do one role above."

"Don't be greedy. Provide good compensation to the people who put effort. Very selfish managers."

"It seems to me, that if you are not from India you are in disadvantage from the rest of your peers. You don't get the same attention and your issues are less important."

"Performance review process needs a bit of work, company still hangs on to its brand value more than on compensation to attract talent."

"Great infrastructure compared to all the other IT firms in India. Other than that nothing much good in there. Definitely a good place for a fresher to start a career. But make sure shift your job once you complete 2-3(max) years. Otherwise you will stuck up in there."

"If you are really looking for some good career growth into some technology specific areas then dont ever join infy. But yes if you really stuck up somewhere with no job, no money then yes join to get some industry exposure."
What don't you like about working at Infosys?
"Very partial managers. Don't expect promotions from a non-home state development center. Never ever expect to work in trained technologies. They will put you in some projects in some remote offices not considering your location preferences. Ask you to change technologies very often. You will be Jack of all trades, master of none."

"Dont spoil the good image of Infy in the past by sticking on some crap policies."
