"I have worked for Infosys for more than 5.5 years. The promotion and compensation is disappointing to say the least. Once I came onsite it was nearly impossible to get promoted as I already got a visa. The work environment at the client office is not optimal. We have very little space as there are more people in a limited area that there should be. Despite this, the mindset of the managers is we cannot ask the client for anything."
