"Treat the employees more equally and fairly. Better training is needed and the supervisor needs to take a more active role with all employees, not just a few."

"I really liked that I could get an office job without having to travel far. I also enjoyed my co-workers. It was also very nice that they attempted (at my request) to explore different ways of billing."

"They are looking for multi-taskers who don't mind stress."

"The fact that they were a copier company. The whole industry of copier sales seems to have some flaws in organization and communication."

"The company was very fragmented in its direction. Ikon Professional Service's mission and vision was at odds with the commodity sales mentality of the parent organization."

"The company needs to evolve from a commodity reseller into a true value added reseller. They need to focus on enhancing their bottom line through adding high value services to their sales channel and modifying their focus to accommodate longer more complex sales cycles."
