"During the time I was there I was able to work for various managers and at various locations. The strength of the IKON is enough to get you into the door and in front of top tier decision makers."

"Take them at face value. Never trust them."

What don't you like about working at IKON Office Solutions?

"My manager was a fool. He didn't know what he was doing most of the time, and when he did know what he was doing it was you who went under the bus. It was a total management suck-face tool."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be nicer to the people you have out there working hard for you. Limit the middle management nonsense."

"I like the independence."

What don't you like about working at IKON Office Solutions?

"People have/had the tendency to go into your territory and sell items and forget to give you the proper commission. Guidelines and rules seemed to bend at will!"

"Stick to the rules and you won't have such a great turnover."
