"If you are looking for a temporary situation, then it's great. In the long term... there isn't one."

"I went back after moving to VA for growth and opportunity, but we were soon bought out by a competitor and the layoffs were coming quick and fast. The opportunities were dwindling and the company probably will not exist in the next year or two."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be quite honest, I would tell management to start looking elsewhere, because the company will not be around for much longer."

"Get everything in writing, do a ride-along, and make sure your values, ethics and goals align with your areas."

"I disliked mixed messages, inconsistent approaches, lack of marketplace knowledge (solutions specific), unrealistic expectations, and weak management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Overhaul! This company needs to separate their views of equipment sells and procedures from solutions sells. If they continue down their current path, IKON or RIKON will never accomplish their goals."
