"The opportuntiy to grow and be recognized was present. The support of management was incredible. By far the best place I could ever imagine working."

"My only regret is that with the economic downturn they downsized operations in North America."

"As a teller didnt get an opprtunity for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest implementing a program taking a teller off of her regular duties one week out of the month and try different job functions such as a new accounts representative, or back office operations. That way we can see each person's strengths and weaknesses in each job function and strengthen the banking culture with more knowledge."
