"People are scared to lose their jobs, so the atmosphere, instead of one that was highly collaborative is now more fearful, more people out for themselves, and since the company is not being loyal to the individual the morale has suffered greatly."

"Instead of looking at dollars cost savings when letting people go, they need to understand the office dynamics, what the individual does and has done for the organization. Create a collaborative environment instead of a fearful one, where most are worrying about keeping their job instead of focusing on the job, doing their best and making it the best company in the world."

"I liked my job at HSBC f/n/a HFC. The benefits were excellent. I worked there for 17 years with really no problems. I do not feel that they discrimated against me, but treated me fair for the work I did. I definitely would recommend it as a place to work."

"If you can get a job with HSBC it is a good place to work with excellent benefits. Be a good honest hard working employee and it will pay off in the long run. This is a true review what I honestly feel."

"I am not at HFC because of a layoff. I don't like that they out sourced work to other countries, but that is not my company or decision to make."
