"HSBC Is great when dealing with fellow employees and immediate management. But the inside joke is the companies initials stand for How Simple Became Complex. Everything from requesting systems or making required local adjustments to regulatory requirements requires input from offshore. Job stability is problematic as Global also goes out of its way to move tasks and positions to lower paid staff offshore."
