"Their training program is so complex that you need to go through a training program just to be able to use it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time with person-to-person training and do not rely so heavily on the automated, computer based training modules. Look for balance between instructor led training and CBT."

"Consumer lending is closed but approximately 25 banks and a few collection centers are still open in the U.S. If your relocatable, enjoy a performance driven culture, and like helping others its a great company."

What don't you like about working at HSBC?

"That they closed down consumer lending operations in the United States when the economy got tough. Made sense from a business perspective but I think they missed a big comeback and lost a lot of quality people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay the course. Some of the biggest success's come right after hard times."
