What do you like about working at HSBC?

"Benefits were great. Income potential was great when economic conditions were favorable but due to banking debacle, income plummeted."

What don't you like about working at HSBC?

"No control over lead management. Office layout, air quality, heat & a/c were horrible at this location. It was better in Woodland Hills office, which was closed during multiple layoffs...before company was closed nationwide."

"Upselling customers on every call. Let me explain, when a custome calls in regarding their account they are upsold. If that customer calls back in the same day they are upsold again. Recommended noting the date of last upsell to management"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recommended noting account of last date of upsell. This procedure would have save a lot of talk time. Calls could be wraped sooner, and move on the the next call."
