"HSBC was very results oriented. If you were a producer you were treated very good. They based promotions on productivity. I was promoted to Manager after on 6 months of being employed."

"No. They have recently closed the operations."

"At that time of my life the only way to advance was to relocate. My children were at the age where I did not think that was an option. They are grown and out of college now."

"I liked how your work was based on performance. In addition the base salary was large enough so you could survive an off month."

"I did not like how the current manager could control the leads that ultimately controlled my income. I was doing great with Jerad, but I believe my behavioral differences with Matt (based on a religious core set of values) caused him to favor other similiar people. So, ultimately Matt had the ability to force myself and others to not have sufficient sales to continue with our jobs. I feel that if Matt was not the manager, my employment and performance would be ongoing."

"Stated in the previous comment. But take control of lead distribution away from the manager, and provide all account executives identical"

"TO GIVE BE OPENED MINDED WITH CAREER ADVANCEMENTS/PROMOTIONS AND PROJECTS, SOME DEPT MGRS WERE FAVORABLE TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES UNLESS YOU WERE AN AGRESSIVE EMPLOYEE THAT REALLY SAUGHT OUT TO BE IN THE POSITIONS YOU WANTED TO BE IN (I WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND MY MANAGER(S) KNEW WHAT AND WHERE I WANTED TO BE IN THE COMPANY)."
