"I have never seen so much jealousy, favoritism and cattiness in a professional work place. If you are happy to be stagnant and enjoy kissing up, you can do no wrong. If you strive for better or tick off the wrong person, God help you."

"Many fo the departmetns did not properly plan for implemetnation of projects and it dumped on various departments, and I was asked by the CEO to come in and audit the poor performacen and the department heads did not like me reporting why they failed."

"5Ps = Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. It would be ideal if they could suport Integration management and Strategic Project Portfolio Management"
