"They allowed me to be a full time telecommuter from home to tkae care of my family mebers health issues until they recognized my great skills and the Executives asked me to travels to the East coast USA to audit and complete Strategic projects"

"Rochester new York seems to lead the efforts."

What don't you like about working at Frontier Communications?

"Many fo the departmetns did not properly plan for implemetnation of projects and it dumped on various departments, and I was asked by the CEO to come in and audit the poor performacen and the department heads did not like me reporting why they failed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"5Ps = Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. It would be ideal if they could suport Integration management and Strategic Project Portfolio Management"
