"I think if they update the leads they have in their storage account executives would be able to close a lot more business, they have leads 3 to 5 years old. lot of times those businesses don't even exist or have changed ownership at least once, twice in some cases. Then, they expect Account Executives to make miracles."

"Management was complacent, I wasn't able to get time with my trainers in order to do my work and management was unable to support my request for more help. The infrastructure changed while employed, and my role was dependent on one person's vision. He left the department, and my responsibilities went with him. My new manager didn't know my role."

"Better structure so that everyone knows what the visionary position is defined and will continue with restructure."

"The fact that there are 25,000 employees, example, I grew a department from 1.6 million in annual revenue to 23 million in the course of 4 years. However, when the company is earning 11 billion in a year that growth doesn't seem so impressive."
