"First Data used to be a great company to work for, but with recent changes in management and org structure things have really gone downhill. With the relocation of most jobs to Atlanta, Georgia very few people are happy anymore. We have also had a great reduction in our benefits packages. The 401(k) is now gone and you're required to do company stock instead, but it doesn't vest until you've been with the company for two years after the stock was introduced."
