"personal relationship with the client. Their Client Education Department is very impressive. Trainers are Excellent, documentation, web training is second to none. very very impressive and professional"

"public speaking, Microsoft applications, Adobe Frame, Be prepared to sell yourself and accomplishments at all times."

What don't you like about working at First Data?

"Management was complacent, I wasn't able to get time with my trainers in order to do my work and management was unable to support my request for more help. The infrastructure changed while employed, and my role was dependent on one person's vision. He left the department, and my responsibilities went with him. My new manager didn't know my role."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better structure so that everyone knows what the visionary position is defined and will continue with restructure."
