"the quality of the food isnt what I expected. very fast food and cooking ahead of time"

"as to work a day in the life but actually working with recipe to understand what food is actually being produced."

"This was a small company. Corporate started with them when there were only 9 units and the company has now grown to 32 total. This rapid expansion gave you the opportunity to grow."

"If you interview here, focus on the guest. Go out of your way to impress them. Outstanding food quality is a must."
What don't you like about working at Kona Grill?
"Reviews and merit raises where not given at times. The systems and procedures at times not always rolled out the best way they should have been."

"Very restaurant orientated - 80-90% food sales so the sales of the unit were food driven."

"I was in control of all aspects of the Company. I enjoyed the management of all employees. My relationship with my employees was very healthy; they truly believed in my company because of the product we produced and the hard work I provided on a daily basis to get the job done and more."

"Be honest and ready to work hard for a great company that treats its company and customers with respect and a provides a superior product."
What don't you like about working at Bouchee's Bistro?
"Our budget did not allow the benefit of having managers for the different departments. I was responsible too much and I was not able to complete all tasks according to standards I set for myself and my company. I enjoyed performing the tasks but I wish could have done better for each one, there just was not enough hours in the day or budget to provide assistance."
