"I was in control of all aspects of the Company. I enjoyed the management of all employees. My relationship with my employees was very healthy; they truly believed in my company because of the product we produced and the hard work I provided on a daily basis to get the job done and more."

"Be honest and ready to work hard for a great company that treats its company and customers with respect and a provides a superior product."

What don't you like about working at Bouchee's Bistro?

"Our budget did not allow the benefit of having managers for the different departments. I was responsible too much and I was not able to complete all tasks according to standards I set for myself and my company. I enjoyed performing the tasks but I wish could have done better for each one, there just was not enough hours in the day or budget to provide assistance."
