"The residents were wonderful. It is a large community with many nice amenities."

"If you dont fit in with the ethnicity of the department you may not be a good fit with this community."

What don't you like about working at Mt. San Antonio College?

"If Mt San Antonio Gardens could manager their own dining and housekeeping it would be an ideal company to work for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The GM and other management from Sodexo are the only problem. Mt San Antonio Gardens is a non-profit company but Sodexo is not and it shows in everything Sodexo does."

"7 days a week and no job security at a casino"

"A balanced work week and balanced person time make for a more productive Manager and your team will also benefit from being able to approach your manager without any hesitation."

"Management was cut-throat-out for them selves. Teamwork slow to establish. Loss of direction. New company taking over. job security-none."
