"If you interview here, focus on the guest. Go out of your way to impress them. Outstanding food quality is a must."

What don't you like about working at Kona Grill?

"Reviews and merit raises where not given at times. The systems and procedures at times not always rolled out the best way they should have been."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Very restaurant orientated - 80-90% food sales so the sales of the unit were food driven."
