"The people that work there are great. The management team can be too controlling at times, and are definitely high strung."
What don't you like about working at Cenetron?
"I often feel confused about decisions I am allowed to make without asking my supervisor. I am expected to figure things out on my own, and am met with impatience when I ask questions. However, my decisions are often over ruled without input from my supervisor. I come to work one day and find out that my supervisor has changed my game plan."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not blow up over the little things, that way employees would not be afraid to approach me about the larger problems. My reactions would be more consistent."

"It's a small company, so people report to people who are not experiences and have a lot less knowledge."

"Take everything told to you with a grain of salt. Never get too comfortable in your job. To get ahead requires placing the boss on a pedestal. Ooh and ah over the boss' accomplishments and you can succeed."
What don't you like about working at Lewis Innovative Technologies?
"Management never quite felt comfortable turning complete control of a project to employees. Employees were touted as great, unless they left the company and then were touted as never having done anything right. Management was not hesitant to lie to your face, while presenting themselves as model leaders and mentors. Frequently had to fight for sufficient resources with other managers and the bosses projects always took top priority regardless of importance. Also, the only time input from employees was solicited was when a negative decisions was to be made."

"Put forth a more professional appearance. Organize the workplace. Be honest with the employees."
What do you like about working at Pierce College?
"I am a team leader and primary support for all IT functions. Teamwork is excellent."

"Be positive and flexible and know the differences in academic orgaizations."

"The commute is 30 miles and 1 1/2 hours each day."
