"The company is going through a lot of change and adding upper management. Haven't seen a lot of results from all the management changes yet. Could be too soon to tell the benefits of all the new management."

"Look to market place for new areas of service. Know what your areas of expetise are. Be sure you are doing what you are best suited to do, and be willing to work hard to help company stay profitable."

"Managing realistic expectations for clients, while meeting their needs. With the current economic climate, clients expect a lot for their money. It has become difficult to continue a high service level and still make a profit."

"Identify and focus on nitch markets that are more profitable. Don't try to be everything to everone. Find what you do extreamly well and do a lot of it."

"I was hired in the consulting area of EMC, and the HR representative was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one. She is an outstanding resource."
