"If you need experience in retail, this is fine but give yourself a time period of when you are getting out of there."

What don't you like about working at Crossmark?

"Management does things that are sneaky. Definitely do not care about their employees. Could care less if you quit. There is always someone else they can hire and probably a college kid for cheaper."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect and care about the employees and don't treat them just as a name on a paper. These people have families and a lot live paycheck to paycheck. Needs to learn the word empathy ASAP."

"I was given free range to make improvements in my department and several others."

"It is a private company and expects results from its employees so be prepared to get the job done."

"Lack of advancement potential. I was given the ability to do more but there was no room to move up."

"The company is was well run when I left and the sales were increasing. They had the tools to work with."

"As most general contractors know, the economy is slow and we currently do not bid any public projects. Our work is all client based and we chase those clients for more leeds of work."

"I do not have any suggestions for management because the employees at this company are well rounded with great work ethic."

"The company has allowed me to do complete site and administrative management of assigned projects. Subcontractor and vendor scope review, negotiations,contract administration, submissions, payments, and close out. Contractor representation for all meetings, change orders and payment applications.Assistance in client, subcontractor, and vendor negotiations for projects not managed."

"I would like to have seen new technology implemented for estimating and project jobcosting as I recommended."

"I enjoyed the design, fabricate and installation of various projects."

"the owners are complete gentlemen and are truly nice people to work for, however the facilities are dilapidated"

"the office area was somewhat dirty and disheveled. Scheduling fabrication was also difficult"

"The travel to multiple sates limited my ability to settle down."

"I have no suggestions for management, managers were very good."

"Upper management seemed to understand and acknowledge outstanding efforts. This was very motivating, I was given all the tools, training, and rewards in the form of bonuses."

"Ask about ownership. They were sold to Fiat when I left, causing confusion about direction."

"Middle managers sometimes in-fought, not on same page. This would slow project down and cause some friction among teams."

"Diversify more. For a global company, most middle managers (and recruits) seemed to be guys from the small town where company was located."

"I do not like to work as contarct and they are contractor company worked for them only short time -and would to be full time ."
