"EDAW is a great company for learning in many areas, only suggestion would be to provide more real world construction experiences."

"There were a lot more stress relieving activities before that were removed. (A little goes a long way.)"

"Most of the people I interacted with on a daily basis were very nice people and generally pleasant to be around."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't. You'll get more money and respect working for ANY of their competitors. Only work for J.D. Power and Associates if you like repeatedly bashing your head into a wall."
What don't you like about working at J.D. Power and Associates?
"The hiring model in the research departments seems to be based around hiring the most attractive female college interns and hope that the clients don't actually read the data. Then when they do complain, they just blame the development teams. Research teams can't seem to manage their clients thus causing ridiculous, unwarranted and/or impossible change requests to be processed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The sad thing is, they know what needs to be done. They just don't have the balls to do it."

"ICI is a small company and ran by the owner. no suggestions at this time."

"It was what I love doing and I made the best of it."

"Their small, very small, company. Their office is in their employees homes although they advertize their office location in TX the Owner lives in FL and works out of his home or his jobsite. The PM works from home. Their payroll is done by an accounting firm and paid with their checks. Does this tell you anything However, it was only a tem superintendent position and the money did come in at a good time."

"Get it under control or you want be in buisness much longer"

"incooperation, unfriendly, less motivation, boss hates specific person, bad work environment"

"listen to ides from their emloyees and extract good things from that for company"

"lack of chances to be promoted, lack of comunication among supervisors and oder departments, could use more TEAM work"

"more comunication with your coworkers and the upper managment to make sure the goeals are reach in a time to satisfy the customer."

"Provided the freedom to perform my duties. I am not micro-managed."

"Ask for 25% more in salary than you are willing to take, so that you can be negotiated to the amount you want. Get a signing bonus. Negotiate for yourself and do not accept the standard package."

"Salary structure and lack of backbone by upper management to take care of employees for risk that they might upset a few voiceful employees."

"Develop the regional offices more than placing a primary focus on the corporate office region."

"consider this company only if you are extremely desperate, for you will be treated worse here than any place else in the state"

"abusive management, massive outsourcing of white-collar positions, all the A players have left"

"employees are always refered to as interchangeable and easily replaced warm bodies, 55-60 hour weeks have been the norm for the last 5 years."
