"The owners/leadership team take many vacations and are more interested in that than growing the company. There is little opportunity, even though they like to present the company as progressive. They have grown through the years, but at a rate that is just over the rate of inflation. They are just maintaining a pleasant lifestyle for the management team, nothing else."

"The lack of direction at the company and the complete lack of feedback from certain players was difficult to interpret. Complete inability to budget and plan makes for a difficult time when working as a project manager."

"The 3 owners had different directions and were at odds about direction to take the company. This made it difficult to be accountable, as the direction and method for rating progress was not consistent."

"They are working on unifying their direction, though their personalities differ so much, I don't hold out much hope."
