"I like the ability to work at home and control my schedule. Management was great at letting you get your job done without micromanaging."

"Just realize that telecom is up-and-down and you will get laid off at some point."

"I dislike the support beyond 3rd-level management; it was pretty much non-existent."

"I have nothing for direct management. For upper level executives: learn from the past. If you send work overseas and then bring it back because they couldn't do it, then why would you try another groups' work"

"Owner is about to retire, he historically is a great marketer for the firm, he will be hard to replace."

"They provided all of the program/project tools and database system software access to complete your program/project on-time and within budget. In addition, we had access to engage the best in class technical resources needed/required for each of the programs/projects I managed, on a global basis."

"Bank of America is constrained to hire any new employees, and only bank tellers and loan officers are listed for open positions."

"The fiscal constraints they had to execute, as Bank of America had to layoff over 10,000 employees globally."

"Management needs to provide all of the tools and software needed to perform your functional responsibilities. The need to be available should a problem need to be escalated within management."

"Too much finger pointing. Too many middle managers. Too many product issues. Lying to customers. Lying to employees. Lying when it serves no real purpose. Geez just try telling the truth."
