"I liked the opportunity to make a difference in a company that needed so much help."

"The owners/leadership team take many vacations and are more interested in that than growing the company. There is little opportunity, even though they like to present the company as progressive. They have grown through the years, but at a rate that is just over the rate of inflation. They are just maintaining a pleasant lifestyle for the management team, nothing else."

What don't you like about working at Precision Gasket Co.?

"The lack of direction at the company and the complete lack of feedback from certain players was difficult to interpret. Complete inability to budget and plan makes for a difficult time when working as a project manager."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was a leadership team that couldn't agree on a direction - it was very disjointed."

"I liked being able to make suggestions and add value to the company. I was able to use skills in marketing, facilities and engineering to develop new business."

"No, it depends on who you are interviewing with. There are those that believe that marketing is worthwhile and others that don't."

What don't you like about working at Precision Gasket Co.?

"The 3 owners had different directions and were at odds about direction to take the company. This made it difficult to be accountable, as the direction and method for rating progress was not consistent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are working on unifying their direction, though their personalities differ so much, I don't hold out much hope."
