"The Daniel Cremiux area is wonderful, very upbeat merchandise. There are great customer contacts for the most part of the day. It is clean, classy, and professional, with day-to-day customer service challenges."

"Block out all negative when entering this job. You must be focused. Understanding your work environment is very important; it's not for everybody."

"They have a process they wish for you to follow at Dillard's, but they accept input."

"Nothing against Dillard's - I LOVE shopping there, but I'm just not a sales type person. I'm not going to force a sale to make a sale. I'm just not like that... too honest, I guess."

"My store manager was very close-minded. She said she wanted a change and closed the door on my ideas."

"Management at Dillard's should work as a team for the better of the store, instead of thinking of one's own personal and professional growth, and it will work out for the whole team. If not, there will be continuous contention in all stores and departments."
