"There is no room for advancement at Dillard's. Buying positions do not come open often. They are corporate all store buyers, and most have been in their positions for ten and fifteen years."

"I didn't like the poor management and people skills. There was no work/home balance and you are set up to fail. Dillard's is a very negative company!"
