"Dress well for the interview. Be warm and inviting during the interview."

What don't you like about working at Dillard's?

"I don't like the low pay and poor management, overall. There are no background checks on employees, no lunch breaks on Sundays, and almost no chance for advancement. Management is overworked and understandably took it out on employees at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay only for your management experience and then move on."

"Dillard's is a good company to work for. My boss and I have a great work relationship. I like the office environment I work in."
